His expertise includes pressure vessel design, permitting, construction, and O&M, making him a valuable resource for utilities navigating complex treatment challenges from concept through compliance.
Tom Klein, VP, Product Engineering
Tom brings a diverse background in mechanical engineering, water treatment, and PFAS treatment software design, with a strong focus on machinery and system development for municipal water applications.
He has also held multiple roles within one of the nation’s largest water and wastewater utilities, providing him with valuable operational insight and real-world experience in large-scale infrastructure management.
David Marchese, Business Development Manager
David brings over 25 years of experience in PFAS remediation, GAC, ion exchange, and membrane separations with leadership roles at Koch Separation Solutions, SUEZ/Veolia, Cambrian Innovation, and Graver Technologies.
With a background in chemical engineering, David has successfully driven international growth, led sales teams, and delivered customized solutions across the food, water, and energy sectors.
Jinlin Tong, Product Manager
Jinlin brings a unique blend of product leadership, engineering coordination, and water-sector insight to Sentinel’s PFAS treatment initiatives.
